Requirements
- Demonstrated experience performing schedule audits, quality reviews, and QA/QC process implementation
- Experience developing or applying QA/QC plans, procedures, and continuous improvement practices
- Familiarity with auditing and scheduling tools such as Acumen Fuse, Primavera P6, MS Project, and related project systems
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field OR equivalent experience in QA/QC, project controls, or utility scheduling in lieu of a degree
- Relevant quality, project controls, or scheduling certifications aligned to the role
- Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, CQA, or similar credentials are considered a plus
- Proven experience in QA/QC, project controls, or scheduling functions within a utility or transmission environment
Responsibilities
- Conduct QA/QC reviews and facilitate discussions with Schedule Analysts and Schedule Analyst Leaderships
- Analyze schedule quality and performance against established baselines, standards, and metrics
- Identify schedule risks, logic issues, and compliance gaps, and support corrective action planning
- Provide QA/QC support during schedule reviews, audits, and project lifecycle checkpoints
- Support training, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
- Collaborate with Schedule Analysts and Schedule Leadership to support QA/QC activities and schedule validation
- Implement and execute QA/QC processes to ensure schedule quality, accuracy, and compliance
- Perform routine schedule audits, including logic checks, schedule health assessments, and data quality reviews
- Identify discrepancies, risks, and areas for improvement and communicate findings to Schedule Analyst
- Ensure schedules align with GPC TPMO QA/QC standards, procedures, and best practices
