Requirements

Expertise in all cGMP current requirements and regulations.
Good verbal, written, and communication skills necessary.

Nice To Haves

AS degree in related sciences preferred.
Prior experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or nutritional supplement industry along with cGMP training a plus.

Responsibilities

Review, check and ensure the quality of all product produced from raw material, in-process to finished product.
Ensure that employees throughout each manufacturing area and the facility are following all cGMP rules.
Document and inform the department Lead and QA Manager of any violations.
Ensure all quality aspects of the facility and that the facility remains a high-quality manufacturing environment.
Check the accuracy of all production records, including batch records, run sheets, destruction forms, and material reconciliations.
Verifying the accuracy, integrity, and quantity of raw materials used in production batches.
Inspect and release all production work areas and equipment prior to start-up of batches and after cleaning of equipment.
Perform quality checks on in-process and finished product during production runs.
Perform inspection of all bulk products prior to packaging and shipping.
Perform calibrations where designated.
Perform all additional tasks relating to the Quality Assurance department as assigned.
