About The Position
The QA Functional Lead will lead end-to-end QA execution, including preparing test strategy, plan, estimates, schedule, and entry/exit criteria. This role involves reviewing requirements, maintaining the RTM, and confirming coverage. The lead will also guide test design, data readiness, execution, and evidence capture, as well as lead defect triage, aging review, RCA, retest, and closure.
Requirements
- 10+ Years of experience in end to end Quality testing
- Led the team to build an end-to-end automation framework, AI-assisted test
- Strong experience in API/UI functional, end to end regression testing
- Experience in Test Automation & BDD: using Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber, Core Java, TypeScript and SQL
