About The Position

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with over 10 years of experience to collaborate with system engineers, frontend developers, and software developers to implement solutions. This role involves applying principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring, and Testing Techniques. The QA Lead will be hands-on with Design/Solution Architecture, writing code that meets standards, and delivering desired functionality. A key focus will be defining and implementing test automation frameworks, converting manual test scripts to automation, and developing automation tests for complex healthcare systems. The role also includes creating and executing system-level test plans, procedures, and documenting verification results, ensuring comprehensive test coverage through various testing types. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a passion for driving software quality, and the ability to contribute to QA best practices and process improvements.

Requirements

10+ years of Experience
Pharmacy/PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Manager)/ Health Payer Experience (Any One)
Experienced in Selenium / Cucumber and Java Script
Strong experience on executing manual tests
Strong hands experience on Functional Testing, using Python/other scripting to ensure the development of automation tests
Demonstrated troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Healthcare Domain with Understanding of Healthcare Standards such as DICOM, HL7, IHE etc.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with system engineers, frontend developers, and software developers to implement solutions.
Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring, and Testing Techniques.
Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project.
Define Test Automation frameworks using Selenium or similar tools.
Convert Manual test scripts to automation scripts and Develop Automation tests for verification of complex healthcare systems.
Create and implement the overall verification strategy with a focus on maximizing automation coverage and reducing manual testing.
Develop Manual Test Scripts and execute manual tests.
Create and execute system level test plans, Procedures, perform tests, and document Verification Results.
Define the test scope, author the system level test plans, test procedures, execute & document verification results and consolidate the reports.
Perform functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, UI Testing, Report Testing, and end-to-end testing.
Review, understand, and challenge system requirements for scope, risk, suitability, and testability.
Develop automation tests using Python/other scripting.
Deliver tasks on-time, identify and raise issues, risks discovered.
Participate in and contribute test effort estimates in Sprint/Release planning sessions.
Accurately track and report time against multiple projects.
Utilize expertise and knowledge to help drive QA best practices and process improvements.
