About The Position

A financial services organization is deploying Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to transform its customer relationship management into wealth management. A QA Expert is sought to define and implement the testing strategy for the entire program. The role involves establishing the quality assurance strategy (functional, integration, regression, automation), mentoring QA analysts within delivery teams, defining acceptance criteria with business analysts and the Product Owner, supporting UAT testing with business units, and ensuring the quality of deliveries in an integrated environment (APIs, satellite systems, data foundations).

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in quality assurance on large-scale Salesforce implementations.
  • Expertise in API integration testing and automation within a Salesforce environment (FSC processes, data model, security, and sharing).
  • Experience leading a QA team.
