About The Position

An early-stage event technology and consumer social platform is hiring a QA Engineer to own quality assurance across its iOS, Android, and web products and ensure reliable releases before they reach users. The company connects guests to exclusive cultural experiences at major sporting, music, and art events. It soft-launched in 2025 with a 25,000+ person waitlist and runs lean at roughly 10–20 people, operating a complex multi-role permission system across a distributed product, design, and engineering team. Day-to-day, the QA Engineer reviews 50–60 tickets in Linear (occasionally 100+ during feature pushes), tests new features against Figma designs across all platforms, verifies multi-role permission logic, and serves as the liaison between the non-technical product team and the technical development team. Success means catching bugs and design discrepancies before they reach production and steadily reducing defects that surface in the live environment.
