About The Position

Fluidstack is seeking a QA Engineer to own QA across capacity delivery engineering. The role involves ensuring design deliverables are checked before they are implemented in the field and building the QA program for a productized build, including checklists, hold points, and acceptance criteria embedded in the reference design. The engineer will audit vendor and field quality against specifications and drive nonconformances to closed root cause. A key aspect of the role is feeding quality lessons back into the design process to prevent future mistakes. Requirements

Have run QA or QC on large construction or infrastructure engineering programs.
Have caught the expensive error on paper, and can tell the story.
Have written inspection and test plans crews actually followed.
Close NCRs at root cause instead of at symptom.
Hold quality without becoming the schedule's enemy.
