About The Position

The candidate needs a strong technical background with proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript, Visual Basic Script, and Python, along with an understanding of the CI/CD process. Lumen and/or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor. The contractor must have their own equipment. Access to a virtual desktop setup (software) will be provided by Lumen’s client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.

Requirements

Strong technical background with proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript, Visual Basic Script, and Python
Understanding of CI/CD process
8 years Required Strong verbal and written skills in communicating with peers and different levels of users.
8 years Required Strong background in developing test suites in UFT or similar tool.
8 years Required Skilled with Database query languages (SQL, PL/SQL)

Nice To Haves

6 years Preferred Skilled in developing Requirements Traceability Matrices.
6 years Preferred Skilled in developing and executing Test Scripts.
6 years Preferred Skilled in developing Test Plans and coordinating User Acceptance Testing.
6 years Preferred Experience with general IT SDLC processes.
4 years Preferred Experience using JIRA for managing project/sprint tasks.
4 years Preferred Working in a Agile SDLC environment.
4 years Preferred Experience using Jira to track work assignments.
1 year Preferred Experience working on projects utilizing agile project management methodologies.
