Requirements

Knowledge of and skill to perform operations in arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and statistics
Attention to detail
Ability to work within the WEG Code of Ethics & Values. (WEG Code of Ethics, 4th Edition)
Able to work over-time as needed, including some weekends
Ability to safely use a ladder, work from heights (up to 16') and able to lift 40 lbs.
Resides or plans to reside within reasonable commuting distance - no relocation assistance available.
Demonstrated ability to communicate in basic English
Has current work authorization for employment in the United States
Must complete: Job interview, pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Safety Sensitive position: Drug panel includes THC

Nice To Haves

Technical degree in Electrical/Electronic Technology preferred
Post-Secondary Certificate or Associate's Degree
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Outlook, Excel, and Word)
Experience with a variety of test equipment & systems
Experience in quality inspection and knowledge of Electrical testing

Responsibilities

Test and troubleshoot electrical control cabinets
Inspect control wiring
Inspect and program transformer monitors
Assist in troubleshooting and repair of testing equipment
Ability to read and interpret complex control wiring diagrams, component monitoring manuals, troubleshoot and correct any related problems
Possess the skills necessary to analyze data and implement corrective or preventative actions and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, output levels and accuracy of the quality testing process
Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees, management and customer
Implement corrective/preventive actions
