QA Datacenter Lead Technician - L2
About The Position
The QA Datacenter Lead Technician is the primary Quality Assurance resource for an assigned market, overseeing and validating the quality of data center infrastructure deployments and project work within designated facilities. The role ensures that installations, builds, and operational activities meet established standards, documentation requirements, and customer expectations. The team supports multiple data center programs, including fiber infrastructure upgrades and deployments, fiber network operations and ticket remediation, and expansion projects involving rack installations, infrastructure deployments, and other construction and technology build activities. The work averages 13–16 project builds per month. Local travel to data centers is required, with as many as four facilities in a market. This is a contract role based onsite in Clarksville, Tennessee. The listed pay range is $30.00–$35.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Data center background and experience.
- Experience with QA work and quality assurance.
- Experience with fiber infrastructure.
- Experience with rack-and-stack work and cabling.
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Local travel to data centers is required.
Responsibilities
