About The Position

14482 – QA Analyst (hybrid) – Austin, TX Start Date : ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration : 12 months with possible extensions Work Setting: 537601508R: Position will be 3 days remote with 2 days (Thursdays and Fridays) required to be onsite. 537601655: 2 days remote with 3 days (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays) required to be onsite. Required: 537601508R/537601655 Experience in writing and executing test cases, as well as creating test plans. Experience with software usability concepts and requirements traceability, and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process. Experience in conducting API Testing using Postman, SOAPUI, JMETER or similar Experience in writing and executing tests automation using UFT Required for 537601508R only: Experience in using CI/CD pipelines to enhance software development testing processes. Experience with SQL query writing to perform CURD operations. Experience with Xray Test Case management tool Required for 537601655 only: Experience with Xray Test Case management tool and Jira Project management tool Experience with SQL query knowledge – Create, Read, Update, Delete Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: 537601508R/537601655 Develop and execute comprehensive test cases and create detailed test plans aligned with software requirements and SDLC phases Apply software usability principles and maintain requirements traceability throughout the testing lifecycle Manage test cases, execution, and reporting using the Xray Test Case management tool Write and execute SQL queries to perform CRUD operations for backend data validation during testing Integrate testing activities into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous quality assurance and rapid feedback loops Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman, SOAPUI, or JMeter to validate functionality, performance, and security Implement and execute automated test scripts using UFT (Unified Functional Testing) to improve test coverage and efficiency

Requirements

• Experience in writing and executing test cases, as well as creating test plans.
• Experience with software usability concepts and requirements traceability, and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process.
