About The Position

As a QA Analyst at Prompt, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality, consistency, and reliability of our software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including product management, development, and design—to ensure our software meets the highest standards before it reaches our users. This role will focus primarily on manual testing efforts to verify that our software performs as expected and aligns with our company’s goals. You will also play an important role in helping Prompt evolve its QA practices by testing AI-enabled functionality and leveraging modern AI and agentic tools to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and insight. We are specifically looking for an ambitious self-starter who would be considered a high performer in any organization. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, intellectually curious, proactive, and motivated by the opportunity to solve difficult problems in a fast-paced environment. Your work will directly impact the effectiveness of our solutions for rehab therapy teams, improving their ability to deliver exceptional care to patients. Your contributions will help drive the overall quality assurance strategy, ensuring that we continue to provide cutting-edge, reliable software to our clients.
