About The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on ICT Quality Engineer to support the ongoing quality, accuracy, and reliability of our SAP SuccessFactors (HXM) platform and associated data ecosystem including Payroll. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a business-as-usual (BAU) environment, while also contributing to project-based initiatives and system enhancements. You’ll play a key role in ensuring HR systems, integrations, and reporting remain accurate, stable, and aligned to business needs. You’ll bring a strong focus on data integrity, system validation, and continuous improvement, particularly across SuccessFactors and downstream reporting platforms.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in QA/testing within HR systems or SuccessFactors environments
  • Proven experience validating HCM data, integrations, and reporting outputs
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors Employee Central and talent modules
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
  • Experience testing APIs, integrations, and system workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working across SuccessFactors talent modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, LMS)
  • Exposure to SAP HANA, Microsoft Fabric, or Azure data pipelines
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
  • Understanding of Agile and DevOps practices in BAU environments

Responsibilities

  • Support the ongoing quality, stability, and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors and the broader HXM ecosystem
  • Design and execute testing activities across HR systems, integrations, and reporting platforms
  • Validate data accuracy and integrity across employee lifecycle processes and downstream reporting tools
  • Investigate and resolve system defects, data discrepancies, and integration issues to minimise business disruption
  • Contribute to test automation, reusable QA assets, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner with HR, ICT, and data teams to support system enhancements, projects, and BAU operations
  • Provide insights into system quality, testing outcomes, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Promote best practice quality assurance standards across HR technology platforms
