About The Position

In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion. Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews. Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications. Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations. Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables. Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs. Your contribution to the team: Proactive risk management to ensure uninterrupted delivery. An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication. Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions. Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in Python development, automation, scripting, and application support.
  • Expertise in Release Management, CI/CD, Configuration Management, and Tier 3 Production Support.
  • Experience developing and supporting enterprise applications using Python, Java, and REST APIs.
  • Experience with AWS Cloud Services, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern cloud-native application deployments.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and supporting large-scale enterprise applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in DevSecOps practices and secure CI/CD implementation.
  • HashiCorp Vault or enterprise secrets management solutions.
  • Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts including observability, reliability, and operational excellence.
  • Financial Services, Regulatory Reporting, or Banking domain experience.
