About The Position

We’re seeking an amazing Lead Software Engineer to join the PCAF Test Enablement Innovation Team. You’ll work in a fast-paced, creative environment to deliver software solutions that help business partners improve testing, business processes, and services. This role emphasizes end-to-end execution—from solution design and development to deployment—and a mindset focused on innovation, including agentic AI, GenAI, and cloud/platform engineering. You’ll have opportunities to lead small development teams, collaborate with engineers across the department, and influence improvements to test strategy, operational workflows, and software delivery practices.

Requirements

Python pyspark, Terraform, APIs, JSON, Angular, React
AWS (Lambda, EC2, SQS, S3, Cloudfront, API gateway, SNS, Route53)
Experience in cloud architecture and development
Focused on integrating DevSecOps practices in their work
Proficiency in TypeScript and Angular for frontend development.
Experience with Go for backend is a plus.
Applied experience using AI tools and frameworks, specifically: Generative AI development (GenAI), Agent-based AI solutions, Large Language Model (LLM) integration and deployment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated ability to build relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, and empower others
Ability to adapt quickly in a changing, high-velocity environment
Comfortable resolving highly complex problems using expert knowledge across multiple application types
Comfortable working within an Onsite/Offshore delivery model

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using python pyspark, Angular, and Go.
Apply AI tools and techniques, including GenAI development, Agents, and LLM-based models, to build intelligent solutions that enhance test and product capabilities.
Collaborate with Modernization teams to develop innovative solutions to accelerate software development life cycle delivery.
Build and optimize AI and Cloud workflows (including pipelines, orchestration, and integrations).
Stay current with emerging AI technologies and best practices to continuously improve our AI capabilities.

Benefits

Compensation is based on our standard 38:45-hour work week
Potential starting salary range: $107,000 - $135,000
Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience
High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience
Potential yearly incentive pay up to 10% of base salary
