About The Position

Requirements

5 7 years of relevant software development experience, with strong hands-on Python expertise.
Strong understanding of Python programming concepts, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
Demonstrated experience developing server-side applications, services, scripts, or backend components.
Hands-on experience designing, consuming, or integrating RESTful APIs.
Experience connecting applications to databases and working with data-driven systems.
Proficiency with source/version control systems such as Git.
Solid understanding of software testing, debugging, and maintainable coding practices.
Ability to independently analyze technical problems while collaborating effectively within Agile teams.
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.

Nice To Haves

Exposure to cloud platforms, DevOps tooling, CI/CD, or front-end technologies is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable server-side applications and services using Python.
Build and enhance RESTful APIs that connect applications, databases, and third-party platforms.
Translate business and technical requirements into reliable, maintainable software solutions.
Develop scripts and automation that improve application functionality and operational efficiency.
Integrate relational or other enterprise databases into backend applications and services.
Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards.
Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to improve application reliability.
Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to continuous integration and deployment practices.
Collaborate effectively with developers, analysts, and other stakeholders within an Agile delivery environment.
