About The Position

Grove Collaborative is growing its Elizabethtown fulfillment center and is seeking a PX Support Specialist to ensure the smooth and accurate day-to-day operations of people experience. This role will be the initial point of contact for pick/pack associates and machine operators, guiding them from onboarding through daily inquiries. The specialist will collaborate with the Manager, PX Operations, and the broader PX team, executing designed programs and processes, and developing the ability to take on more responsibilities over time. This is a hands-on floor role that requires meticulous attention to detail and consistency. The ideal candidate will possess an AI-mindset, be curious, and willing to learn new tools to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of Human Resources or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable following established processes with accuracy and consistency.
  • Ability to identify when to ask questions instead of guessing.
  • Willingness to learn new systems quickly.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or ADP is a plus, but a real willingness to learn them is required.
  • Curiosity about AI, even if not yet fluent.
  • Reliable and detail-oriented.
  • Humility to flag mistakes early.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting warehouse needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Coursework or early certification progress toward SHRM-CP or similar.
  • Experience supporting a warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution center environment.
  • Exposure to AI or automation tools used in HR operations.
  • Experience in a role where accuracy and follow-through were as important as speed.

Responsibilities

  • Post openings, schedule interviews, and coordinate logistics for hiring pick/pack associates and machine operators.
  • Run new hire onboarding and orientation logistics, including paperwork and first-day walkthroughs.
  • Handle administrative steps for offboarding, such as paperwork, system updates, and checklist completion.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions, accurately document details, and escalate employee relations issues to management.
  • Support the administration of compensation, benefits, and leave programs by processing paperwork, updating records, and following procedures.
  • Track and document required training completion, including safety, anti-harassment, and PIT certifications.
  • Maintain accurate records for leave, workers' compensation, and OSHA.
  • Assist Team Member committees with planning and executing engagement activities, managing logistics and coordination.
  • Assist with bi-weekly payroll data entry and timekeeping accuracy for hourly and salaried employees.
  • Support open enrollment logistics, including distributing and collecting materials.
  • Learn and utilize ADP and other HR systems for routine data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to adopt AI-enabled tools as they become part of the team's workflow.
