About The Position

We are seeking a talented AEC sales enablement professional to join our team and support our engineers and planners within the Business Development Organization! This position is open to remote and/or hybrid locations across the RS&H footprint. As a pursuit specialist, you will have the opportunity to shape the way we connect with our clients through RFQ and RFP responses with special attention to thoughtful messaging and effective storytelling. You will work closely with a highly experienced team of engineers, architects, marketers, client managers, and graphic designers who come together to understand clients and communicate our value proposition. Although dissecting RFQs and RFPs and formatting compliant responses is a critical function of this role, it’s not the only function. Our marketing specialists are an essential part of the capture process and are expected to think critically, be creative, ask questions, and share insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field and 3+ years of relevant experience within AEC marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and AEC experience.
• Proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite software (specifically InDesign).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a diverse workload with shifting priorities.
• Ability to take initiative, follow through, and maintain confidentiality.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to and understand people in a courteous and professional manner.
• Solid analytical, decision-making, researching, and organizational capabilities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience coordinating RFP and RFP processes for both public and private sector clients focusing on transportation, aviation and aerospace.
• Knowledge and experience with the SF 330 process.
• Certified professional services marketer (CPSM) and/or other industry-specific certifications.
• Deltek Vision (or other related database) experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel as needed.
