About The Position

SEKISUI Diagnostics is looking for a Purchasing Specialist II to join their team in San Diego. In this role, you will use your attention to detail, analytical skills, and purchasing experience to support supplier relationships and ensure materials are available when needed. You will work directly with suppliers to place orders, complete supplier qualifications and reviews, maintain approved supplier records, and create or update material specifications. This is a fully onsite role based in their San Diego, CA office.

Requirements

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations
• Highly organized and able to manage changing priorities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including pivot tables and filters) and Word
• Experience with inventory management or ERP systems
• Enjoys working with data, identifying trends, and collaborating across teams
• Customer-focused, team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

• Medical diagnostics experience is a plus
