As an experienced leader with a passion for procurement and supply chain management, you will join a dynamic team as a Purchasing and Receiving Manager. With high energy, enthusiasm, and a strategic mindset, you will oversee the entire purchasing and receiving process, ensuring the timely and efficient procurement of goods and services. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, related field or equivalent experience
Proven experience in purchasing and receiving, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and supplier negotiation
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using procurement software and inventory control systems

Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies
Oversee the purchasing and receiving process, ensuring compliance and efficiency
Negotiate contracts and establish favorable terms with suppliers
Optimize inventory levels and manage supplier relationships
Analyze market trends and evaluate supplier performance
Implement cost-saving initiatives and track budgetary goals
Lead a team of purchasing and receiving staff, providing guidance and support
Collaborate with various departments to assess needs and ensure timely availability of supplies
