Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field
3+ years in purchasing, supply chain, or data-focused roles
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, lookups, data validation)
Experience working with ERP systems (Epicor P21 strongly preferred)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Experience in industrial distribution, MRO, or manufacturing
Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
SQL or advanced data querying experience
Supplier scorecard and KPI development experience

Responsibilities

Analyze purchasing, demand, and supplier performance data to uncover trends and risks
Develop and manage KPIs such as: Inventory turns, aging, excess & obsolete Supplier on-time delivery, lead time accuracy, and fill rates Price variance and spend trends
Build and enhance dashboards that leadership relies on for decision-making
Deliver executive-ready reporting on a weekly and monthly cadence
Partner with Buyers to improve replenishment and forecasting decisions
Identify cost-saving and inventory optimization opportunities
Support supplier performance reviews with data-backed scorecards
Highlight exception-based risks before they impact service levels
Maintain and audit purchasing data within the ERP system (Epicor P21 preferred)
Identify data integrity gaps and drive corrective action
Collaborate with IT and Supply Chain leadership to enhance reporting tools
Automate manual reporting processes where possible
