Why This Role Matters You will: Help optimize inventory investment and working capital Improve supplier performance and accountability Increase visibility into purchasing trends and cost drivers Elevate data integrity and reporting standards across the ERP system Support leadership in making confident, data-backed decisions Your analysis will directly impact profitability, service levels, and operational efficiency. What You’ll Own Advanced Purchasing & Inventory Analytics Analyze purchasing, demand, and supplier performance data to uncover trends and risks Develop and manage KPIs such as: Inventory turns, aging, excess & obsolete Supplier on-time delivery, lead time accuracy, and fill rates Price variance and spend trends Build and enhance dashboards that leadership relies on for decision-making Deliver executive-ready reporting on a weekly and monthly cadence Strategic Inventory & Buyer Support Partner with Buyers to improve replenishment and forecasting decisions Identify cost-saving and inventory optimization opportunities Support supplier performance reviews with data-backed scorecards Highlight exception-based risks before they impact service levels ERP Data Governance & Process Improvement Maintain and audit purchasing data within the ERP system (Epicor P21 preferred) Identify data integrity gaps and drive corrective action Collaborate with IT and Supply Chain leadership to enhance reporting tools Automate manual reporting processes where possible What Sets You Apart You are not just comfortable with data — you’re driven by it.
