About The Position

Responsible for clerical support, ordering processing and coordinates detailed reports.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • One-year clerical experience.
  • Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience.
  • Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
  • Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Display strong work ethic and teamwork.

Nice To Haves

  • College prep courses preferred.
  • Computer experience preferred (Word, Excel, Outlook, Oracle or similar purchasing software)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for answering employee and vendor telephone orders and inquiries.
  • Responsible for inventory control tracking.
  • Maintaining the purchasing cycle by using purchase orders, requisitions and invoices.
  • Reconcile invoices and receiving tickets.
  • Prepare purchase orders or bid requests.
  • Negotiates with vendors to procure the best price and the best delivery method.
  • Review bid proposals and negotiate contracts within budgetary limitations and scope of authority.
  • Ensure the safety and security of company information.
  • Other duties as assigned.
