Requirements

  • Associates Degree and 1 years of Purchasing and Receiving/Shipping Experience, or equivalent combination of experience
  • Proficient computer skills, experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP software
  • Knowledge in data tracking and Microsoft Excel
  • Must be available for 8 hours during business hours of 8am-6pm, Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week

Responsibilities

  • Review, process, and place purchase order requests with established suppliers.
  • Clarify end-user requirements and communicate order status to internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate daily Receiving by recording inbound packages, verifying contents, and deploying to end-users.
  • Manage supply room inventory.
  • Process returns as needed.
  • Research and correct invoice discrepancies.
  • Participate in projects and other department activities as assigned.
  • Purchase order / Receiving processes and all related activity.
  • Invoice discrepancy research and correction.
  • Reports, Issue investigation, end-user relationships.
  • Training, personal development, other duties as assigned.
