About The Position

A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Purchaser to support day-to-day purchasing activities and ensure timely ordering of materials and supplies. This role is more transactional and execution-focused, supporting Buyers and Supply Chain leadership.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of purchasing or procurement experience preferred
• Basic ERP or purchasing system experience
• Detail-oriented with strong administrative and organizational skills
• Strong communication and follow-through

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing or production environment experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work onsite and support a production-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders
• Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier records
• Follow up with vendors to confirm pricing, order status, and delivery dates
• Assist with inventory tracking and documentation
• Resolve discrepancies related to invoices, receipts, or order confirmations
• Support buyers and planners with administrative purchasing functions
