About The Position
Adina is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented General Punch-Out Technician to join their team. This position plays a pivotal role in the final stages of their concrete and sitework projects, handling final repairs, touch-ups, and adjustments to ensure their work meets the highest standards before handoff. The ideal candidate has a broad skill set in punch-out work, is solution-driven, and can manage small repairs across a variety of concrete finishing tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in concrete, punch-out work, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality finishes.
- Proficiency in using various concrete tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work onsite.
Responsibilities
- Complete final repairs, adjustments, and finishes to concrete flatwork, curbs, and related site structures
- Address any deficiencies or quality concerns identified during walkthroughs
- Collaborate with site supervisors and field crews to ensure project completion aligns with quality expectations
- Maintain tools, supplies, and a clean work area
- Communicate material needs or issues promptly to supervisors
- Meet deadlines while following all safety and quality protocols
