Job Summary Responsible for performing pulmonary function tests on patients. This includes setting up and operating pulmonary function testing equipment, explaining the tests to patients, and collecting and analyzing data. The Pulmonary Function Technician will also be responsible for maintaining the pulmonary function testing equipment and ordering supplies. Does this position require Patient Care? Yes

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required
• Experience with pulmonary function testing equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to explain pulmonary function tests to patients.
• Ability to collect and analyze data from pulmonary function tests.
• Ability to maintain pulmonary function testing equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's Degree Respiratory Care Preferred
• 0-1 year preferred

Responsibilities
