Requirements

• Knowledge of safety standards applicable to the work area.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Ability to read a tape measure (to 16th).
• High School Graduate or GED
• Minimum/No Experience
• Continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking/pushing/climbing and lifting material or equipment of heavy weight (>50 lbs)
• Located in an indoor area with frequent exposure to mild physical discomfort from dust, fumes, temperature extremes, loud noises and bright lights.

Responsibilities

• Assists area in any jobs the department needs assistance in.
• Performs other tasks as required.
• Inspect laminate & laminate panels.
• Flip laminate & laminate panels.
• Make boxes for packing kits.
• Set up tables, pallets and skids for inspection & packing process.
• Band pallets.
• Operate lifts.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Move inspected material to staging area.
• Basic computer skills.
