About The Position

Wilsonart in Temple, Texas has an opening for a Packer. Wilsonart, Temple, Texas Cut-To-Size department currently has an opening for a Packer. This person will assist with inspecting laminate, setting up tables, pallets and skids for inspection process. Under the direction of the Team Lead/Supervisor. Perform other tasks as required. This is for the night crew.

Requirements

• One year of work experience is required.
• Knowledge of safety standards applicable to the work area.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Ability to read a tape measure (to 16th).

Responsibilities

• Flip laminate.
• Load and unload saws
• Band pallets
• Operate lifts
• Inspect laminate
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Set up tables, pallets and skids for inspection process
• Move inspected material to staging area for MJ saw
• Change saw blades when working on saws
• Basic computer skills.
