Public Space Housekeeper

About The Position
The Public Space Housekeeper maintains the cleanliness, appearance, sanitation, and organization of public areas throughout the Inn and resort, helping provide visitors with a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This is a full-time, year-round position. The stated schedule is a 6 a.m.–2 p.m. shift, including weekends and holidays. Starting pay is $21.00 per hour; actual compensation may be adjusted based on qualifications and experience.
Requirements
- Ability to follow direction and stay on task.
- Ability to work cohesively with coworkers as part of a team.
- Ability to work with chemical cleaning agents.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, and reach.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in work areas and resort public spaces.
- Deliver amenities such as towels, cots, cribs, and other items to guest rooms.
- Clean glass surfaces, windows, mirrors, and doors.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust resort public spaces.
