About The Position
The Public Area Attendant/Cleaner helps provide a home-away-from-home experience by maintaining the cleanliness of public spaces and guest rooms as needed. The role also provides customer service to guests by giving directions, making recommendations, and answering questions.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to guests by giving directions, making recommendations, and answering questions.
- Clean lobby restrooms by mopping and dusting, refilling paper supplies, and replenishing soap.
- Collect and properly dispose of hotel garbage and recycling.
- Deliver towels, toiletries, and other items to guest rooms as needed.
- Vacuum and maintain public areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
