About The Position

The Public Space Attendant keeps hotel public areas clean, safe, and guest-ready, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms. The role also handles deep-cleaning projects, maintains cleaning carts and supply closets, assists Room Attendants as needed, and responds promptly and courteously to guest needs and safety concerns.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• An eye for detail and the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently without disrupting the guest experience.
• Ability to walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and remain active throughout the shift.
• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in janitorial or hotel cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Clean public areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms.
• Perform deep-cleaning tasks such as carpet care, floor polishing, and high-dusting.
• Keep cleaning carts and supply closets stocked and organized.
• Assist Room Attendants by restocking linens, removing trash, and preparing rooms.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest needs and safety concerns.
