About The Position

The Public Space Attendant keeps the hotel's public areas clean and presentable, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms. The role also performs deep-cleaning tasks, maintains organized and stocked cleaning carts and supply closets, and assists Room Attendants with linens, trash removal, and room preparation as needed. The attendant responds promptly and courteously to guest needs and safety concerns.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and remain active throughout the shift.
• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in janitorial or hotel cleaning.
• Ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently without disrupting the guest experience.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean public areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms.
• Perform deep-cleaning tasks such as carpet care, floor polishing, and high-dusting.
• Keep cleaning carts and supply closets stocked, organized, and guest-ready.
• Assist Room Attendants with restocking linens, removing trash, and preparing rooms as needed.
• Respond quickly and courteously to guest needs and safety concerns.
