About The Position

The Public Space Attendant keeps the hotel’s public areas clean and guest-ready, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms. The role also handles deep-cleaning projects, maintains cleaning carts and supply closets, and assists Room Attendants with linens, trash removal, and room preparation when needed. The attendant responds promptly and courteously to guest needs and safety concerns.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and remain active throughout the shift.
• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in janitorial or hotel cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Clean public areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms.
• Perform deep-cleaning tasks such as carpet care, floor polishing, and high-dusting.
• Keep cleaning carts and supply closets stocked, organized, and guest-ready.
• Assist Room Attendants with restocking linens, removing trash, and preparing rooms.
• Respond quickly and courteously to guest needs and safety concerns.
