The Public Service Principal Director is experienced in delivering programmatic, operational, and organization design, transformation and service delivery in performance and outcome improvements. The Principal Director will also design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasks relating to people and process.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of high value consulting experience
  • A minimum of 10 years of public service experience
  • Public Service Industry expert/thought leader with a minimum of 7 years of transformation delivery experience and client development experience

  • You have experience bringing innovative ideas to projects
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines
  • A minimum of 7 years of large-scale delivery experience with minimal help
  • Experience with public speaking, publications, trade journal coverage or trade association coverage.

  • Design and implement process and change interventions that integrate strategy, technology and people to enable process improvements that create value for clients.
