About The Position

In Public Service Strategy & Consulting, we partner with state leadership, state agencies, mayors, city and county leaders, university presidents, and nonprofit executives across Tennessee to reimagine how public institutions deliver value to the communities they serve. Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of public service experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines

Responsibilities

Design and implement process and change interventions that integrate strategy, technology and people to enable process improvements that create value for clients.
Help design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasks relating to people and process.
