About The Position

As a principal advisor for internal and external partnership development, you will play a key role in the growth and success of Beneva, particularly in the individual insurance and financial services sector. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and strengthening partnerships with internal and external parties to achieve our strategic objectives. You will fulfill the following functions: Develop and deploy a partnership development strategy. Proactively identify internal and external partnership opportunities aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. Analyze the expected benefits and risks associated with each potential partnership. Define precise, measurable, and consistent objectives for each partnership. Identify, evaluate, and select strategic partners. Conduct in-depth analyses to target relevant, high-value partners. Evaluate the strategic, operational, and cultural compatibility, as well as the mutual benefits of contemplated collaborations. Conduct negotiation processes and formalize solid and lasting agreements. Manage, develop, and sustain existing partnerships. Maintain proactive, regular, and quality communication with partners. Collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize partnership performance. Monitor and analyze performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. Evolve partnership development approaches to maximize their reach and penetration. Implement cross-functional initiatives consistent with the organization's strategic priorities. Maximize partnership outcomes. Co-construct with internal teams action plans tailored to each partnership. Ensure rigorous follow-up of results based on established objectives. Recommend and implement strategic adjustments to optimize value creation. Ensure strategic and competitive intelligence. Continuously monitor market trends, particularly in the personal insurance and financial services sectors, as well as competitive initiatives in partnerships. Analyze market best practices and formulate strategic recommendations to maintain a competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in administration or any related field
  • Hold a minimum of four years of significant experience in partnership development, preferably in a similar role
  • Proficiency in French, both oral and written, as well as advanced proficiency in English, both oral and written, due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with English-speaking colleagues, partners, clients, or suppliers, or to meet the company's growth objectives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
