About The Position

The Public Sector Compliance Analyst develops, maintains, validates, and submits contractually required sales, SLA, performance, and compliance reports for NWN’s Public Sector contract vehicles. The role is part of the Sales Transformation Unit within Sales and Marketing and is accountable for accurate, timely submissions and the controls and documentation needed to substantiate them during audits. The analyst works across Operations, Finance, Billing, Sales, Service Delivery, and Compliance to source and validate data, resolve discrepancies, and mitigate contractual risk. The role also identifies opportunities to automate reporting and reduce manual effort as the contract portfolio grows. The position is remote. Employees work from home or another approved remote location and are expected to maintain productivity, communication, and availability during agreed-upon working hours in alignment with company policies. All employment offers are contingent on successful completion of a comprehensive background check.
