Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience managing communications projects or agency clients.
• Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal communication).
• Ability to work independently, pivot quickly in fast-paced situations, and maintain a thirst for continuous learning.
• A demonstrable desire to make a tangible difference in our community and the environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative outreach strategies and manage multi-channel social media campaigns.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing contracts, timelines, and relationships.
• Direct the development of online and offline creative design assets.
• Coordinate directly with local businesses, stakeholders, and residents to build program partnerships.
• Help manage project teams and ensure flawless tactical implementation under tight deadlines.
