The Greater China team develops and manages world-class communication strategies to support Apple’s continued growth in this dynamic region. As the Public Relations Manager for Services in Greater China, you will drive the strategy, planning, and execution of public relations programs that showcase the benefits of our Services to consumers. You will serve as the regional lead, partnering with local curators and the editorial team to craft stories that resonate across music, entertainment, lifestyle, and technology media. In this role, you will liaise with WWPR to plan and drive feature launches and momentum / seasonal PR, in alignment with local services business and marketing team and support partner launches and promotions of Apple services where there is business impact and strategic value in the local landscape. You will plan, project-manage, deliver, track metrics, and report out on the following key business areas. iCloud PR: Issues and stakeholder familiarization; issues management with clear and timely escalation process; proactively seek opportunities to promote Apple’s integrated ecosystem and drive social exposure; identify stakeholders in privacy and security to ensure message reach and accuracy. Apple Pay / Wallet PR: Issues and stakeholder familiarization; issues management with clear and timely escalation process; support payment partner announcements and amplify promotions; integrate Apple Pay classic and Apple Pay Transit into ecosystem campaigns and pushes. Apple Podcasts PR: Develop and maintain podcast creator database; approach podcast from a hardware software integration perspective and promote the podcast creation experience within the Apple ecosystem, extending into pro apps and Today at Apple Apple Music PR: Assess and implement global pitches; drive local momentum in partnership with local business team aiming to deliver business impact in trials, pre-downloads and retention; identify and drive tentpole integrated campaigns up to twice a year; sustain awareness for key service features include Spatial Audio; Lossless Audio, Apple Music Sing. Actively seek hardware / software integration pitch and content creation opportunities Own and drive future Apple service offers as DRI working with WW, and support partner launches and promotions Collaborate with HK and TW team members on alignment of pitches, messages, resources, communications to WW. Support NPI, large GC campaigns and momentum projects working with project DRIs under clear roles and responsibilities and deliverables Actively contribute to influencer identification and relationship management and overall media monitoring
