About The Position
Under the direction of the Executive Housekeeper, Housekeeping Supervisors, and Lead Public Housekeepers, the Public Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining all public areas and guest rooms according to the standards and procedures established by the Bavarian Inn Lodge. This role involves performing all assigned tasks on daily and monthly work lists and being able to work a variety of shifts, including AM and PM schedules.
Requirements
- Good personal hygiene.
- Minimum 1 year experience at Bavarian Inn Lodge or 1 year Housekeeping experience or the equivalent in another operation.
- Ability to stand, reach, bend and kneel for 8+ hour shifts.
- Ability to push/pull equipment with a 10 lbs. + force.
- Ability to lift 10 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain all public areas and guest rooms according to established standards and procedures.
- Perform all assigned work on daily and monthly work lists.
- Work a variety of shifts, including AM and PM schedules.
