As a Nurse-Family Partnership Public Health Nurse, you will partner with first-time parents across Kitsap County, providing vital support during pregnancy and the first two years of their child's life. Under the direction of the Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) Public Health Nurse Supervisor, in coordination with the Parent Child Health Program Manager, and within state and agency policies, you will provide comprehensive nursing services to clients and families eligible for participation in the NFP program. In this role, you will maintain the highest standards in clinical nursing practice and fidelity to the NFP model, adhering to policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards of both NFP and the agency. This position requires advanced decision-making strategies, independent judgment, and a strong sense of accountability. You will work extensively with socio-economically and culturally diverse client populations, partnering closely with medical professionals, community organizations, and other District staff to provide NFP services.
