About The Position

Supports the functions of Nurse-Family Partnership Program (NFP). Provides administrative and clerical support to staff including data organization and entry, organizing supplies and materials.

Requirements

  • High school graduate and two years of office/clerical experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge and skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Interpersonal skills with clients and staff at various levels
  • Organizational, clerical, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Prioritizing and meeting deadlines
  • Must be able to meet training and agency requirements for the position.

Responsibilities

  • Provides clerical and administrative support to program staff and assists with all aspects of the office environment.
  • Inputs NFP data in a timely and accurate manner into data collection systems.
  • Performs program support tasks such as organizing forms and files; photocopying; orders and maintains program materials and educational handouts.
  • Uses computerized data entry software to enter, store and/or retrieve information.
  • Compiles information on community resources such as food bank, diaper bank, and mobile health clinic.
  • Maintains confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA regulations.
