The Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) Supervisor will provide leadership and oversight to the four NFP nurse home visitors (NHV) as well as carry a small caseload (30-40% of a full caseload capacity based on NFP Model Elements) of participants and be available for participant coverage when/if needed. The two main purposes of the NFP Supervisor role are to 1. Use principles of supervision, reflective practice, strengths approach and participant-centeredness to support staff development and appropriate oversight to the nurse home visitors; 2. Work within the local community and Mary’s Center structure and support the NFP Program Manager to assure that the NFP Program is implemented in accordance with established guidelines and contract requirements.
