About The Position

Maintain high cleanliness standards of all resort common areas and campgrounds and assist with guest requests providing a quality guest experience. Ensure daily cleanliness and stocking of all bathrooms on property.

Requirements

Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
Ability to work independently and complete a daily list of assigned work
Must be able to spend the majority of the day walking, twisting, bending, pushing and pulling
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and carry up to 25 lbs.
Ability to answer guest questions and give appropriate guidance

Nice To Haves

One (1) year of housekeeping and/or similar experience preferred
Resort/National Park experience preferred

Responsibilities

Clean public common areas, restrooms, and other guest use areas (campgrounds, restrooms, fire pits, etc)
Assist with housekeeping and laundry duties as assigned by supervisor
Report maintenance issues and damage to supervisor
Assist with a variety of guest questions and requests
Comply with department policies and procedures
Work safely to avoid injuries and accidents, including wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment
Ensure guests are following all campground protocols and safety measures, including knowledge of forest and wildlife
Understand Company’s ISO (Environmental & Quality) management systems, policies, goals, and initiatives and meet the specific responsibilities within these areas.
