About The Position

This Apartment Custodial Attendant is responsible for performing the duties required to maintain the entire property. This role is responsible for the professional, courteous, timely, and satisfactory completion of all assigned duties given by the Community Manager. It is expected that the Apartment Custodial Attendant will exercise sound discretion and good judgment while implementing the policies and procedures of the company as they relate to the care and up-keep of the community.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Working quickly without compromising quality
• Must have a current, valid driver’s license if required to use golf cart on property.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• To properly adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
• Ensure all common areas are cared for and inspected according to standards
• Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
• Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
• Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
