About The Position
For some, traveling is fun and sometimes for business; however, many travelers miss being home. Our Housekeeping team makes our hotels feel like home. As a Public Area Cleaner you help create guest experiences that are enjoyable and comfortable. As a Public Area Cleaner, you’ll be doing a lot of things around here (boredom won’t be an issue). Here are a few of the tasks that will keep you busy on a daily basis:
Requirements
- At least six months of related experience.
- Passion for customer service
- Able to work with others seamlessly
- Collaborating within a diverse team dynamic
- Working calmly under pressure
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the cleanliness of guest floor corridors, foyers, stairwells and public areas.
- Thorough cleaning of public restrooms and ensuring they are properly supplied
- Ensure lobby and public area windows are clean
- Mopping/vacuuming of public area floors
- Greet guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile.
