About The Position
The Public Area Cleaner helps create enjoyable, comfortable guest experiences by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of hotel guest-floor corridors, foyers, stairwells, restrooms, and other public areas. The role involves active, hands-on work throughout the hotel and greeting guests encountered during the shift. Candidates should have at least six months of related experience, a passion for customer service, and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team and remain calm under pressure. The position requires a high level of physical activity and flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Requirements
- At least six months of related experience.

- Ability to stand or sit, carry or lift up to 50 pounds, walk, bend or twist, and climb stairs.
- Ability to accommodate varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of guest-floor corridors, foyers, stairwells, and public areas.
- Thoroughly clean public restrooms and ensure they are properly supplied.
- Keep lobby and public-area windows clean.
- Mop and vacuum public-area floors.
- Greet guests encountered during the shift with a friendly smile.
