About The Position

AC Hotel Bentonville is hiring a part-time Public Area Attendant to keep the hotel’s shared spaces clean, comfortable, safe, and inviting. The role helps create a welcoming first impression and supports a positive guest experience through attention to detail, timely responses to guest needs, and high standards of cleanliness and presentation. The attendant works throughout public areas such as the lobby, hallways, elevators, and restrooms, while coordinating with Housekeeping, Front Office, Maintenance, and hotel leadership.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 30 pounds occasionally.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and moving cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work throughout the property, including hallways, stairs, and public spaces.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation, and safety practices.

• Keep shared spaces polished, fully stocked, comfortable, and guest-ready.
• Notice and address areas needing attention before guests do.
• Respond promptly to guest needs with a friendly, service-minded attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout the work environment.
• Work independently while communicating and collaborating with Housekeeping, Front Office, Maintenance, and leadership.
