About The Position

AC Hotel Bentonville is hiring a part-time Laundry Attendant to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction by maintaining a reliable supply of clean, guest-ready linens, towels, uniforms, and other textiles. The role involves processing and inspecting laundry, operating equipment safely, maintaining an organized work area, monitoring supplies and linen inventory, and coordinating with Housekeeping and other hotel teams. The position requires attention to detail, dependability, organization, effective communication, and a service-focused approach. Work takes place in a fast-paced, warm and humid laundry environment and may require flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.

Requirements

Previous laundry, housekeeping, or hospitality experience preferred.
Ability to operate laundry machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members.
Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks throughout a shift.

Ability to safely handle cleaning agents, detergents, and laundry chemicals according to established procedures.
Ability to maintain productivity and attention to detail in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

Sort, wash, dry, fold, and press linens, towels, uniforms, and other hotel textiles.
Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Inspect linens and uniforms to ensure they are clean, stain-free, and guest-ready.
Keep work areas organized, clean, and stocked with needed supplies.
Support Housekeeping and other departments by ensuring clean linen inventory is readily available.
Monitor supplies, chemicals, and linen inventory to help maintain smooth operations.
Identify and report equipment issues, safety concerns, or damaged linens.
Follow safety procedures and proper chemical handling practices.
Work independently and collaboratively with Laundry, Housekeeping, and Hotel Operations teams.
Communicate operational needs effectively with supervisors and team members.
